My Story

I've always believed that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Before I became a therapist, I was drawn to understanding the whole person — how our minds, bodies, and creative selves all play a role in wellness.

That belief led me to become a licensed professional counselor with a holistic approach. I don't believe in cookie-cutter therapy — I believe in finding what works for *you*. That's why I draw from multiple modalities, from CBT to attachment theory to creative approaches like art therapy.

I specialize in working with adult women because I understand the unique pressures we face — the expectations, the juggling acts, the way we often put ourselves last. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, OCD, navigating a major life change, or grieving a loss, I'm here to help you find your way through — in whatever way feels right for you.

  • 🌱 Somatic Therapy — Working with the body to release stored trauma and tension. Sometimes healing lives in the body, not just the mind.
  • Mindfulness & Nervous System Work — Helping you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and find groundedness in the present moment.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with adults who identify as women.

Most of my clients are women navigating the complexity of modern life. You're probably juggling a lot — work, relationships, family, maybe even caring for aging parents. And somewhere in there, you're supposed to take care of yourself too.

You might be in your 20s figuring out life after college. Your 30s dealing with the pressure to have life "figured out." Your 40s or 50s navigating career shifts, empty nesting, or hormonal changes. Or maybe you're somewhere in between, feeling like you're failing at all of it even though you're doing so much.

Whatever stage you're at, you don't have to navigate it alone. I create a space where you can be fully yourself — imperfect, struggling, hopeful, scared, powerful — all of it welcome here.
