The Window of Tolerance

What is the Window of Tolerance? Developed by Dr. Dan Siegel, this is the optimal zone of arousal where you can function, process emotions, and handle stress effectively. When we are pushed outside this window, we lose our ability to think rationally and regulate our emotions.
